All I/O slots (MRI, ESI and I/O) support any combination of I/O output modules. The selection of already available IMS output modules provides a stunning selection of output signals, but will be expanded in the future to add more signals and physical interfaces as needed.

As the central management hub, the CPU module is another core element of our IMS systems. It runs the management and configuration interfaces and is also responsible for alarm notifications and status information. The LTOS V6 firmware platform offers a feature rich newly designed web UI as well as a powerful SNMP management interface for a perfect integration of the IMS device into your central network management system.
LNE: Network Expansion - additional network interfaces
IMS HPS: PTP / SyncE / Hardware NTP Interface with Dual Core CPU
The GNSS satellite clock modules and the TCR Time Code Reader/Generator are the central synchronization elements in an IMS system. The internal clock carries a highly stable oscillator that is utilized to generate the base synchronization signals which are distributed to all I/O module slots via the backplane.
Currently available clock modules:
-IMS GPS: Meinberg GPS Receiver
-IMS GNS: GPS / GLONASS / Galileo / BeiDou Receiver
-IMS GNS-UC: GPS / Galileo Receiver with Up Converter
-IMS GNM: GPS / GLONASS / Galileo / BeiDou Multi Band Receiver
-IMS PZF: Correlation Receiver (DCF77)
-IMS-TCR: Time Code Reader and Generator
-IMS RSC: Signal Switchover Unit for redundant Receiver Configurations
MRI: 10MHz, PPS, IRIG, TC-AM / TC-DCLS reference signals
ESI: Input module for 2.048MHz, 2.048MBit/s and variable frequencies
HPS: PTP / SyncE / Hardware NTP Interface

IMS Telecom Modules
Telecom Synchronization Signal Card (E1/T1 framed/unframed)
The ideal output card for telecom applications, offering 2.048MHz/1.544MHz G.703 75 Ohm unbalanced and 120 Ohm balanced frequency outputs as well as BITS 2.048Mbps or 1.544Mbps framed outputs with full SSM/BOC support, both as 75 Ohm unbalanced and 120 Ohm balanced. It is possible to order the LIU card with front panels with multiple combinations of these outputs.
IMS modules to perform measurements of, among others, mains frequencies in 50/60Hz power supply networks, measurements of 1PPS signals or 10 MHz frequencies.
Meinberg's brand new IMS power supplies have been custom made with high efficiency in mind, the two models currently available support either 100-240 V AC/DC or 20-60 V DC and it is possible to populate the PWR slots with an arbitrary combination of both AC and DC power supplies, for example if both power sources are available in a rack.
