  • The OZ10x is a compact dual-role RFoF module (transmitter/receiver) measuring 18 x 41 x 8 mm and weighing about 18.7 grams, built for space-constrained installations. It operates from 30 MHz to 3 GHz by default, with optional extension down to 1 MHz or up to 4 GHz / 6 GHz. The transmitter side uses an uncooled isolated DFB laser and the receiver side a high-performance InGaAs photodiode; automatic optical power control and a built-in +20 dB transmitter LNA deliver high SFDR performance.
