The OZ51x is a compact RFoF transmitter/receiver module operating in the 30 MHz to 3 GHz band (optionally 6 GHz), with up to two units mountable in a single J slot.
The OZ51x is an RFoF module measuring 38 x 64 x 15 mm and weighing about 90 grams, operating in the standard 30 MHz to 3 GHz band (optionally up to 6 GHz). It runs on +12 VDC and uses an uncooled isolated DFB laser transmitter with a high-performance InGaAs photodiode receiver. With SC/APC, FC/APC or LC/APC optical connector options, it is compatible with both single-mode and multimode fiber (62.5 um OM1 or 50 um OM3/OM4), delivering high SFDR with an optional +20 dB transmitter LNA.
Applications: L-Band satcom, cellular backhaul, MMDS, antenna remoting, GPS distribution, antenna site diversity, low phase noise reference clock distribution, optical delay lines.
